Cancellation and Refund
SKYDE FARMS PRIVATE LIMITED is committed to customer satisfaction and offers a flexible cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will only be accepted if the request is made on the same day the order is placed. However, if the order has already been communicated to local vendors and the delivery process has started, cancellation may not be possible.
- For perishable items like milk, cancellations are not accepted. However, a refund or replacement may be provided if the customer can demonstrate that the quality of the delivered product is unsatisfactory.
- If you receive damaged or defective items, please report this to our Customer Service team on the same day. The request will be reviewed, and the vendor will verify the issue before proceeding.
- If you believe the product received does not match what was shown or expected, please notify our customer service team on the same day of delivery. After reviewing your complaint, the Customer Service Team will make an appropriate decision.
- If SKYDE FARMS PRIVATE LIMITED approves a refund, it will be processed within 1-2 days.
